Localworks’ annual Legislative Lowdown is returning on Thursday, April 2nd with the new “hot topics” of the 2026 legislative session. Join Localworks and our Wheat Ridge community partners to learn about legislation that is slated in 2026 to affect labor, business permitting, local government operations and a larger conversation surrounding the fiscal deficit forecasted in the upcoming budget.

Save the date and join us on Thursday, April 2nd from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at Clear Creek Makerspace. If you haven’t visited CCM yet, this will also be a great opportunity for you as a member of the Wheat Ridge community to see the space and understand how it may be a great resource right here for you and your business. Beverages and food will be provided.
